By submitting the online order form and proceeding through the checkout and payment process you are completing a purchase of goods. Said purchase is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations, refunds or changes
Once confirmed, orders may not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. All purchases are final.
Not being able to attend an event or show or making a mistake during the booking process shall not constitute grounds for a refund. Users are not entitled to exercise the right to withdrawal or termination in accordance with applicable regulations on consumer affairs and retail trading.
Once the purchase is complete, we issue a voucher or e-tickets that clearly state the meeting address & start time for your booking (or where applicable, opening times and location for ticket collection).
Failure to follow the specified instructions may result in being denied entrance, missing any included transport, missing the departure of pre-scheduled tours, or being unable to collect your tickets.
Connection Ticketing cannot be held responsible under any of the aforementioned circumstances or for any delays experienced by the customer due to changes to their travel plans, cancelled transport departures (flights, trains, etc), extreme weather conditions or any other situations that might arise due to force majeure that prevent the customer from following the booking instructions.
With reference to event tickets, all efforts will be made to allow individuals arriving late access to show venues during recesses, although admission in these circumstances cannot always be guaranteed.
In case of a cancellation or change of date of a show, we will use all the means that are reasonably available to us to notify of the cancellation as soon as we receive the corresponding authorization from the supplier. This may include publishing updated information on our website or attempting to reach the customer by email on the email address provided at the time of booking.
As a distributor, Connection Ticketing may solely and exclusively cancel tickets and, accordingly, proceed to refund the amount paid when we receive an express order from the promoter or organiser of the event in the case of cancellations, date changes, and so on.
Tickets are sold notwithstanding the supplier’s right to alter or vary the programme owing to events or circumstances reasonably beyond their control, without them being required to refund sums paid or exchange tickets.
Should venues or clubs be forced to cancel orders due to being unable to deliver tickets in situations of force majeure, we will do our best to contact our customers and process any refunds as soon as possible. Neither the clubs, the venues nor Connection Ticketing will be liable for any costs incurred over and above the amount originally paid for the tickets.
The venues reserve the right to refuse admission if the clients breach any of the terms and conditions of the show or event, the terms and conditions of the supplier, or for reasons of public safety (including failure to comply with any measures put in place to combat the spread of Covid-19), and clients will not be entitled to a refund.
Published starting times of shows and events are subject to change, and it is the customer's responsibility to double check the start times before attending.
Football match date
The dates and start times of football games are sometimes moved, often with very short notice.
When you make a purchase for a specific game, you are purchasing tickets for that event regardless of the date/time that it is played.
Weekend football games may be moved from a Saturday to Sunday and vice versa, or moved to a Friday or Monday. The start time may be changed at very short notice. Clients should be available to attend on all possible dates, as no refund will be offered if a match date is altered. Likewise, midweek matches may be moved between the different days of the week, which we suggest to keep in mind if arranging travel from overseas, as a client will not be entitled to a refund if your travel plans then don't fit in with the final match schedule .
We will not contact customers with match date and time information, so it's important that you check with the venue or local media regularly for the correct time and date, however we will do our best to publish up to date information on our websites.
Football Away Support
All tickets supplied will be located in the home support section of each club. Wearing any colours of the opposition or openly supporting the away team is not permitted under any circumstances and may lead to a refusal of entry or ejection from the stadium. No refunds or compensation shall be given.
Spanish, German and Italian Football Seating
When booking more than 2 tickets we cannot guarantee they will be all together. However, we will always try our best to seat people as close as possible when we can, in either the same section or block.
Please note that many clubs also consider seats ‘together’ as any configuration that may include seats in front or behind of each other, split over a stairwell, or with a seat number in between.
Pricing & Seating:
You are entitled exclusively to a seat of a value that corresponds to that indicated on your ticket. Where seat numbers are specified, the venue or event management reserve the right to provide an alternative seat to that stated on the ticket.
Please be aware that the price printed on your ticket may be the supplier’s face value rather than the purchase price you paid. You will not be entitled to a refund simply because you have paid a price exceeding the face value of the ticket.
All prices which are displayed include any applicable payment processing fees and booking fees. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.
Tickets purchased for the intent of unauthorised resale (ticket touting) may result in access to the venue being denied to the ticket holder.

Travel plans and Service Disruptions:
It is the client's responsibility to check for any service disruptions or planned engineering work before booking and traveling. BoxOffice.live will not be held responsible for any service disruptions or inconveniences caused by changes to the Heathrow Express services.

Validity of tickets:
Single: Each single ticket is valid only for the specified date of travel as indicated on the ticket at the time of purchase.
Return: Your outbound journey must occur within 5 days of the specified travel date stated on the ticket at the time of purchase. The return journey must be completed within 30 days of the specified travel date also stated on the eticket.
Customers with a round-trip ticket should make sure to keep the ticket in safe place to guarantee the return journey, as they will need to use it again.
Tickets can only be used in the direction of travel selected at time of booking and detailed on the ticket.
May I cancel the ticket if my plans change?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. We will provide contact details on your order confirmation where you will need to write to us to request cancellation and receive a full refund.
Children tickets:
Children aged 15 years and under travel free in Express Class when accompanied by a paying adult . Photo ID will be required.
Though they travel free of charge, a child must still be issued a ticket in order to travel. A child ticket cannot be purchased on its own online, but it can be purchased alongside an adult ticket at no extra cost.
There are no restrictions on the number of children who can travel at any one time with an adult.
